Mesa County Libraries.

As Communications Coordinator at Mesa County Libraries, I created and managed promotional materials—flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and more—to enhance community engagement and boost event participation. I led marketing efforts for major events like Comic Con and the Summer Reading program, blending creativity with strategy to strengthen the library’s connection with its audience.

Programs/mediums used: Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva

The work above highlights my experience designing a range of materials, including Daktronics board content, flyers, posters, brochures, and signage. Each project was created with a focus on clear communication and visual appeal to effectively engage the target audience and support organizational goals.

As Communications Coordinator, I created over 200 flyers, with the first 100 shown above. Each flyer was typically accompanied by a social media post, often including custom copy, and occasionally a larger poster displayed in main halls and around town.

For the 10th annual Mesa County Libraries Comic Con, I led the promotional efforts, including a social media campaign to boost engagement and attendance, as well as designing custom merchandise and eye-catching flyers for community distribution.

The 970 West Studio is a unique branch of the Mesa County Library system that serves as a creative hub for the community. One of my more significant projects there involved redesigning their informational brochure.
