Captain Halloween
Rey Ramirez was on the run—until a near-fatal crash changed everything. Saved by a mysterious spirit from beyond, Rey faces an impossible choice: accept possession or die. Choosing power over death, Rey is transformed into Captain Halloween, a reluctant hero caught between the living and the supernatural.

Captain Halloween has been a significant side project I’ve been developing for quite some time. Over the years, there have been many iterations and changes to the concepts and spreads. The artwork above represents the process through which these ideas evolved. I’m constantly revisiting and reimagining the opening spreads. With the story already written, my current focus is on finalizing the art style. I’m aiming for a first release soon.
